Re: Procedural change approved by the members of the Zoning Board of Appeals, March 20, 2012
Effective immediately, the Zoning Board of Appeals initiated a procedural change in handling requests for appeals. The Board requires the review of all certified plot plans and applications on the meeting prior to any Public Hearing. This has become necessary due to the number of plans that come in without the required/proper measurements. As of this date, the Board will no longer accept measurements in decimals, only in feet and inches.
