"WHALE" CAR SEAT PROGRAM
Is a identification and information package for child car safety seats each WHALE Package contains 4 vinyl self-adhesive stickers, one information label and a Personalized Leaflet. The information Label, which is attached to the rear of the car seat, provides important information about the child in that seat, including: name, date of birth, photo, medical history and emergency contacts. This label is not visible from outside the vehicle, ensuring the privacy of these personal facts. Two vinyl WHALE Car Seat Stickers
attached to each side of the child’s car seat, and two vinyl WHALE window stickers attach to the rear side windows of the vehicle. These WHALE Logo stickers alert rescuers that the vehicle occupants participate in the program.
BICYCLE HELMET SAFETY IDENTIFICATION PROGRAM
Identification and information package for your bicycle helmet placing the 1” round sticker outside the helmet, filling out the label and putting it inside the Helmet with important information in case there’s an accident. Emergency Personnel know who you are, who to notify and any allergies or medical conditions.
