MOSQUITO SPRAYING

Spraying to control adult mosquitoes will begin Thursday, August 24, 2006 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. If weather conditions are not acceptable, then spraying will take place on Friday, August 25, 2006 at the same time. Spraying will take place at the Middle and Elementary Schools and Green Park. The insecticide, Flit 10EC (permethrin) will be used to control adult mosquitoes. Spraying will be done using backpack sprayers. Dragon Mosquito Control, Inc. will be the applicator. Residents may call 964-8400 for further information regarding spray dates, times, locations, insecticide, precautions and other concerns.
